Kids Kingdom Yeshua Story: “The House Built With Love”
🏠💛
In a small home filled with laughter lived a family: Mommy, Daddy, and two kids, Eli and Sofia.
Every morning before school, Mommy would say,
“Family hug time!” 🤗
Daddy would smile and remind them:
📖 “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15
Eli once asked,
“Daddy, what does that mean?”
Daddy knelt down and said,
“It means our home belongs to God. The way we talk, help each other, forgive, and love — that’s how we serve Him.”
💭 One Tough Afternoon
One day, Eli and Sofia started arguing over a toy.
“It’s MINE!”
“No, YOU had it first!”
Mommy came over calmly and said:
📖 “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another.” — Ephesians 4:32
Sofia crossed her arms.
Eli looked down.
Daddy added gently:
📖 “A gentle answer turns away wrath.” — Proverbs 15:1
Eli took a deep breath.
“Okay… we can share.”
Sofia smiled. “I’m sorry for yelling.”
Mommy hugged them. “See? That’s how families in God’s kingdom act.”
🌧️ A Day of Worry
Another day, Daddy looked tired. Bills were high, and work was stressful. Eli noticed.
“Daddy, are we going to be okay?”
Daddy smiled and placed his hand on Eli’s shoulder.
📖 “Do not worry about tomorrow.” — Matthew 6:34
Mommy added:
📖 “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1
They all held hands and prayed together. Peace filled the room. The kids learned that families don’t just talk about God — they trust Him together.
🌈 Building a Strong Family
That night, Mommy read one more verse:
📖 “Love never fails.” — 1 Corinthians 13:8
She explained,
“Money can change. Feelings can change. But love that comes from God keeps a family strong.”
Daddy said,
“Our house isn’t strong because of walls — it’s strong because of love, forgiveness, prayer, and Jesus in the center.”
Eli smiled. “So our house is like God’s kingdom?”
Mommy nodded. “Yes! Every family that follows Jesus becomes a little piece of His Kingdom on earth.”
